Ridiculous customer service

This card is horrible to work with. Some transactions get approved, most denied without reason, even merchants that were approved before are now all of a sudden the night. They block the card constantly and ask you to call in to verify, just to do it all over again the following week. None of the other cards that I deal with are so unreliable, so I closed my account

Why are you charging $25 late fee I paid you two days early on the 21 of June what's going on. June 23 is when this late fee was posted for no reason.

I have never been late on any of my payments and when I make 2 payments in one month I was given a 25 dollar charge and customer service was dismissive

When you pay twice in one month and charge 25 dollar late fee because I paid to early so I get penalty very disappointing and customer service no good
